연구실 소개

김병조 교수의 연구실은 반도체 소자 제조 및 임플란트 의료기기 분야에서 나노스케일 플라즈마 공정과 고성능 메모리 시스템의 원리적 이해를 바탕으로 한 정밀 제어 기술을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 고비율의 고층간 패턴 에칭, 고성능 eMMC의 랜덤 쓰기 성능 향상, 무선 전력 공급 네트워크의 에너지 효율성 최적화 등 실용적 응용을 겨냥한 시뮬레이션 기반 설계 및 최적화 기법을 개발하고 있습니다. 또한 의료기기의 무선 통신 보안 문제를 해결하기 위해 근거리 통신(NFC) 기반의 신뢰성 있는 통신 프로토콜을 제안하며, 기술적 안정성과 안전성을 동시에 확보하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.
