연구실 소개
최병민 교수의 연구실은 주로 세포 신호 전달 및 산화 스트레스와 관련된 생물학적 분자 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 일산화질소(NO)와 헴옥시게나제-1(HO-1)이 세포 생존과 사멸에 미치는 이중적 역할, 그리고 당뇨나 저혈당 상태에서의 세포 보호 메커니즘을 중심으로 기초 의학적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한 신생아의 혈역학적 의미가 있는 개방된 동맥관(PDA) 진단을 위한 생체마커(예: BNP)의 임상적 유용성에 대해서도 연구하고 있습니다. 이는 임상적 적용과 기초 생물학의 다리 역할을 하는 연구 성격을 띱니다.

This study was designed to investigate the effect of cAMP on ursolic acid-induced apoptosis of HL-60 cells. A high index of suspicion is necessary to establish the diagnosis for an AM in patients with anal symptoms, and S-100 and HMB-45 can be useful markers for an AM. Treatment failure of HHFNC should be considered a risk for newborns of less than 34 weeks and infants with respiratory distress from RDS.
