연구실 소개

김병섭 교수 연구실은 고속·저전력 소자 기반의 차세대 통신 인터커넥트 기술을 핵심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 고손실 채널에서 효율적인 신호 전송을 가능하게 하는 등화 기반 트랜ceiver 아키텍처, 전류 주입 방식의 비선형 보정 기반 송신기, 그리고 고성능 수신기의 저전력 설계 기법을 개발하고 있습니다. 이는 차세대 다핵 프로세서 및 고밀도 패키징 환경에서의 전력 효율적이고 고속 전송을 실현하기 위한 핵심 기술입니다.
