연구실 소개

윤채옥 교수의 연구실은 암 치료를 위한 유전자 기반 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 옹포성 아데노바이러스를 기반으로 한 면역치료 및 유전자 편집 기술을 융합한 혁신적 접근을 선도하고 있습니다. VEGF, IL-12, 4-1BBL, GM-CSF 등의 면역조절 유전자를 조절적으로 발현시키며 암의 혈관신생 및 면역 억제 미세환경을 동시에 타격하는 다중 기전 치료 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 또한 CRISPR/Cas9 기반 유전자 편집과 나노소재를 활용한 열치료를 접목해 암세포의 선택적 타격과 치료 효능을 극대화하는 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.
