연구실 소개

임채승 교수의 연구실은 주로 병원성 미생물, 특히 말라리아 원충(Plasmodium vivax 등)과 코로나바이러스(SARS-CoV-2) 등의 분자진단 기술 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 RT-LAMP, RDT, 자동화된 현미경 진단 시스템 등을 활용한 신속하고 정확한 감염병 진단법을 연구하며, 임상 현장에서의 적용 가능성을 높이기 위한 기술 혁신을 추구합니다. 특히 한국에서 발생하는 말라리아의 특수성을 고려한 진단 테스트 개발이 핵심 과제입니다.
