연구실 소개
박창범 교수의 연구실은 심혈관 질환, 특히 스텐트 재협착과 관상동맥 조영술과 관련된 합병증에 중점을 두고 있으며, 약물이석 스텐트(DES) 및 백메탈 스텐트(BMS) 후 발생하는 병변의 유형별 특성과 예후 요인을 분석하는 데 전문성을 기르고 있습니다. 또한 신경학적 증상을 동반한 희귀 심장혈관 질환, 예를 들어 대동맥 협착이나 천공성 혈전색소 등에서 발생하는 척수 혈행 장애의 기전과 임상 양상에 대해서도 연구하고 있습니다. 고성능 유기 반도체 트랜지스터 소자 설계를 통한 생체 신호 감지 기술의 응용 가능성에 대해서도 다각도로 탐색하고 있습니다.

Coronary air embolism is one of the inadvertent complications of coronary angiography. We report a case of unexpected massive right coronary air embolism during left coronary angiography with a JL4 diagnostic catheter. This report demonstrates that air embolism may occur in the contralateral coronary artery and therefore complete air aspiration must be ensured during coronary angiography.

This paper presents an external capacitor-less low-dropout(LDO) regulator with a voltage spike detection circuit for the enhanced transition response and with a CMOS only sub-bandgap voltage reference(BGR) operated in subthreshold region.
