연구실 소개
이창희 교수의 연구실은 주로 간질환, 척추 및 척추주변 구조의 영상해부학적 특성, 그리고 암의 비침습적 진단을 위한 고급 자기공명영상(MRI) 기법 개발에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 비알코올성 간지방성간염(NASH)의 다중파rametric MRI 진단 지표 개발과 간세포암종의 혈관조직학적 특성 및 립이오돌 흡수 패턴 예측에 관한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 간장기의 혈류역학적 특성과 면역세포(마크로파지) 기반 영상 생물학적 지표 탐색을 통해 질병의 조기 진단 및 예후 평가에 기여하고자 합니다.

Both AER derived from contrast enhanced MRI and D* values derived from IVIM-DWI for HCC were significantly higher in LGU than in LPU. These parameters would be helpful for predicting the lipiodol uptake.
HBP improved the imaging characteristics of infiltrative HCC, allowing it to be distinguished from focal CF. Infiltrative HCC showed lower ADC values than focal CF.
