연구실 소개

강창호 교수의 연구실은 초음파 영상 기반의 정밀 진단 기술 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 유저러블 초음파(3DUS), 초음파 엘라스토그래피, 인공지능 기반 영상 분석을 통해 힘줄 및 말초신경 질환의 조기 진단과 정량적 평가를 연구하고 있습니다. 뇨성측정, 척추디스크염, 근육내 기생충 감염 등 다양한 근골격계 질환에 대한 영상 진단의 정확성과 효율성을 높이는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 최근에는 CT 영상에서 합성 MRI를 생성하는 기술을 통해 영상 진료의 접근성을 향상시키는 연구도 진행 중입니다.

Ultrasound Elastography of Lateral Epicondylosis: Clinical Feasibility of Quantitative Elastographic Measurements

Our results revealed that patients with lateral epicondylosis had significantly lower strain ratios in their common extensor tendon origins. Ultrasound elastography using quantitative strain ratio measurements could be a promising supplementary method to evaluate tendon abnormalities in lateral epicondylosis.

We present a case of lung metastasis manifesting as lung infarction by mucin and tumor embolization. The radiograph and high-resolution CT showed multiple focal consolidations with ground glass attenuation in subpleural areas of both lungs.
