연구실 소개
이창균 교수의 연구실은 대장염성 질환과 위장관 종양의 진단 및 치료에 초점을 맞춘 임상 연구를 중심으로, 특히 염증성 장질환(IBD) 환자에서의 생물제 치료와 백신 반응성, 그리고 소장·대장 폴립의 내 endoscopic 치료 기법의 정합성에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 내 endoscopic 절제술의 완전성 평가, 폴립 치료 방법 비교, 그리고 신규 항암 물질의 세포 및 종양 모델에서의 작용 기전 규명 등 임상과 기초를 융합한 연구를 지속하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 한국의 건강보험 데이터베이스를 활용한 대규모 유효성 검증 연구를 통해 진단 알고리즘의 정확도를 높이는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다.
