연구실 소개
김창식 교수의 연구실은 2차원 반도체 물질, 특히 텅스텐 디硫화탈륨(WS2) 및 모리브덴 디 sulfide(MoS2) 등의 전자적 특성과 접합 특성을 연구하며, 고성능 전자소자의 핵심 요소인 전도체 접합 저항을 최소화하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 전자기기에서의 접합 저항 문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 접합 기술과 표면 합성 기반의 물질 설계를 통해 나노스케일 전자소자 구현에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 의료 분야에서도 안구 내압 조절 장치(AGV)의 생체적 영향을 분석하며, 각막 내피세포 손상과 관련된 생체역학적 영향을 실험적으로 규명하고 있습니다.

15Electrical metal contacts to two-dimensional (2D) semiconducting transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) are found to be the key bottleneck to the realization of high device performance due to strong Fermi level pinning and high contact resistances ( R c ). PURPOSE: To determine the effect of Ahmed glaucoma valve (AGV) implantation on corneal endothelial cells. METHODS: Ahmed glaucoma valves were implanted in 30 eyes of 30 patients with refractory glaucoma. Corneal endothelial cell density and shape was prospectively evaluated in both the subject and fellow eyes of each patient. The synthesis and cyclization of acyclic quinoxaline, pyridine, and pyrimidine enediynes ( 1 − 3 ) are described. These compounds were prepared using palladium(0) coupling of trimethylsilyl acetylene to o -dihalo- or o -halotriflic heteroarenes. All compounds were prepared in modest to good yields. In case of uncomplicated AGV implantation, the cumulative risk of corneal decompensation was 3.3%, 5 years after the operation. The ECD loss was statistically greater in eyes with AGV than in control eyes without AGV, but the difference was significant only up to 2 years post surgery.

Uracil-enediyne chimeras 4, 7, and 8 were prepared and examined for their propensity to undergo Bergman cyclization. Kinetic experiments showed lactam tautomers 7 and 8 reacted up to 25 times faster than lactim ether 4. Determination of the activation energy for each cycloaromatization reaction, along with radical trapping agent dependent studies, indicate the rate differences result from different ground state energies of the starting enediynes.
