연구실 소개

김창운 교수의 연구실은 난소 기능 저하와 난소 역행성 변화를 중심으로 한 생식 건강 연구를 전문으로 하며, 특히 난소 노화, 난소 기능 부전 모델 구축, 그리고 난소 기능 회복을 위한 신약 및 천연물 제제의 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 산화 스트레스와 염증 반응을 조절하는 항산화제, 예를 들어 오징어 추출물과 코enzyme Q10의 효과를 동물 모델을 통해 평가하며, 임상적 응용 가능성이 높은 생물학적 마커와 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한, 자궁내막 혈류 및 임신 성공 예측 모델링을 통한 냉동배아이식의 임상적 최적화 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.
