연구실 소개

장창희 교수의 연구실은 고온 환경에서의 내산성 및 내식성을 확보하기 위한 첨단 금속 소재, 특히 FeCrAl 계 합금의 산화 거동과 산화막 형성 거시적 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 초임계 이산화탄소 환경에서의 고온 산화 거동과 알루미늄 농도가 산화막 조성 및 내구성에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 분석하고 있으며, 나노미세구조 제어를 통한 내구성 향상 전략도 함께 탐구하고 있습니다. 또한 전기화학적 도금 기술을 활용한 크롬 및 니켈 도금막의 고품질 제조 기술과 그 기초 메커니즘에 대해서도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다.

The oxidation behavior of three high-strength FeCrAl alloys was investigated in supercritical carbon dioxide environment at 650 °C. After exposure for 500 h, the weight gains of the FeCrAl alloys gradually decreased with increasing Al content. The oxide scales are primarily composed of α-Al2O3 and spinel oxides.
