연구실 소개

박철근 교수의 연구실은 대장암, 간세포암, 유방암, 위장계 종양 및 피부 혈관종 등 다양한 암의 발 cancer 메커니즘을 분자생물학적·유전적 관점에서 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 흔한 전구 병변인 세르레티드 폴립과 간세포암의 초기 유전자 변화, lncRNA의 암 진행도 및 예후 영향 분석에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 신체 내 면역 반응(예: 종양내림프구)과 암의 진행 상관관계를 밝혀내는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이 연구들은 암의 조기 진단 및 개인 맞춤 치료 전략 수립에 기여할 잠재력을 지닙니다.
