연구실 소개
윤철민 교수의 연구실은 망막 및 맥락막의 혈류 및 구조적 변화에 초점을 맞춘 망막질환의 생물학적 기전을 규명하는 데 주력하고 있습니다. 특히 노화 관련 황반변성, 중앙결막부종, 망막 혈관망막 변화 등에서 혈류압, 맥락막 두께, 망막 혈관 밀도의 변화를 분석하며, 고해상도 산란단층촬영(OCT)과 혈관단층촬영(ANGIO-OCT)을 기반으로 한 정밀한 구조 분석을 수행합니다. 이는 조기 진단 및 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 하는 연구 목표를 지닙니다.
