연구실 소개

조훈희 교수의 연구실은 건설공학 분야에서 데이터 기반의 스마트 건설 기술 개발을 핵심으로 하며, 특히 건설 프로젝트의 초기 단계에서의 비용 추정 품질 평가, LiDAR 기반 실내 환경 모델링, 콘크리트 구조물의 실시간 안전 모니터링, 자유형 고층건물의 지연 관리, 그리고 탄소 배출의 확률적 추정 등에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 지원벡터기반 모델링, 포인트 클라우드 처리, 구조물의 지속가능성 및 안전성 향상 기술 개발을 통해 실증적인 건설 혁신을 추구하고 있습니다. 연구는 실무 현장과의 연계를 강조하며, 디지털 전환과 친환경 건설 기술의 융합을 선도하고 있습니다.

Total conceptual cost estimates and the assessment of the quality of these estimates are critical in the early stages of a building construction project. In this study, the support vector machine (SVM) model for assessing the quality of conceptual cost estimates is proposed, and the application of SVM in construction areas is investigated.
