연구실 소개
최정민 교수의 연구실은 암 생물학과 유전체학을 기반으로 한 신약 타겟 발굴 및 개인화 의료 전략 개발을 핵심으로 합니다. 특히 자궁근종성 폐경암, 간세포암, 신경내분비성 자궁경부암 등 희귀·악성도가 높은 암 종양에서 유전적 변이와 비정상적 신호전달 경로를 규명하며, PARP 억제제, BET 억제제, PI3K 억제제 등의 표적치료 전략을 실험모델을 통해 검증하고 있습니다. 또한, 희귀 신경질환의 유전적 기반을 밝혀내기 위한 반복서열 분석과 한국인 집단의 유전자 분포 분석도 병행하고 있습니다.

High-grade neuroendocrine cervical cancers (NETc) are exceedingly rare, highly aggressive tumors. We analyzed 64 NETc tumor samples by whole-exome sequencing (WES). Human papillomavirus DNA was detected in 65.6% (42/64) of the tumors. Recurrent mutations were identified in PIK3CA, KMT2D/MLL2, K-RAS, ARID1A, NOTCH2, and RPL10. 본 연구는 유니버설 디자인 원칙이 의료서비스 혁신에 미치는 영향을 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 탐색하고, 서비스 형평성 실현 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 한국의 급속한 고령화(2023년 65세 이상 인구 18.4%)와 장애인구 증가는 의료서비스의 근본적 변화를 요구하고 있으며, 기존의 표준화된 의료체계는 다양한 이용자의 요구 충족에 한계를 보이고 있다. 연구방법으로는 2014년부터 2024년까지 발표된 국내외 문헌 55편(국내 30편, 해외 25편)을 PRISMA 가이드라인에 따라 체계적으로 선별하고 주제분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 유니버설 디자인 7원칙 중 '인지 가능한 정보' 원칙이 90.7%의 적용률과 47.6%의 개선율로 가장 우수한 성과를 보였다. 4가지 핵심 혁신 메커니즘이 확인되었다. We investigated the long-term patterns and effects of transfusion on the clinical outcome of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) using a nationwide registry.
