연구실 소개

장 춘 곤 교수의 연구실은 신경독성학과 염증 반응 조절 메커니즘을 중심으로, 환경 호르몬(예: BPA)과 천연물 추출물이 뇌 기능 및 정서 행동에 미치는 영향을 다룹니다. 특히, 미세글리아 세포에서의 염증 반응 억제 작용과 신경전달물질 수용체 기반의 정서 조절 메커니즘을 밝혀내는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 불안, 우울, 기억 장애와 같은 정신신경질환의 생물학적 기반을 규명하고자 합니다. 이와 함께 약물의 보상 성질과 뇌 기능 변화 간의 연관성에 대해서도 기초 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
