임춘수 교수의 연구실은 심혈관계 및 신장질환 분야에서 임상적 및 기초적 연구를 융합적으로 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 심정지 후 뇌손상, 고칼륨혈증의 위험요인 및 예후, 만성 신질환에서의 면역염증 반응과 신기능 손상의 연관성에 중점을 두고 있으며, 뇌-신장 상호작용과 장기 기능 회복에 대한 기전적 이해를 목표로 하고 있습니다. 특히 신경인지 기능과 삶의 질을 연계한 장기적 추적 연구로 임상적 실용성을 강조하고 있습니다.
