연구실 소개
김다함 교수의 연구실은 내분비학 및 분자생물학 분야에서 활동하며, 주로 갑상선암, 당뇨병, 뇌하우머 병변 등 내분비계 질환의 분자 기전과 진단 생물학을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 갑상선암의 유전자 돌연변이, lncRNA, TERT 및 BRAF 유전자 변이의 임상적 의미를 규명하고 있으며, 당뇨병 환자의 혈액 생물학적 지표와 인슐린 분비 기능 간의 관계를 분석하고 있습니다. 또한, 장기 작용 약물 전달 기술을 활용한 호르몬 치료제 개발 등 치료 전략의 혁신을 추구하고 있습니다.
