연구실 소개

김대덕 교수의 연구실은 약물 전달 시스템의 최적화를 핵심으로 하여, 특히 난소성 약물의 생체내 행동과 조직 특이적 배달을 향한 기초 및 응용 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 도xorubicin의 약물학적 특성과 투여 경로에 따른 생체이용률, 그리고 라이피오도르-기반 에멀전과 약물-적재 나노입자(예: NLC)를 활용한 피부 치료제 개발 등 다양한 약물 전달 전략을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 종양 치료를 위한 동물 모델 기반의 약물 방출 프로파일링과 약물 농도-반응 관계 분석을 통해 임상 적용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다.
