연구실 소개

황대희 교수의 연구실은 외소체 및 세포외소포를 중심으로 한 세포 간 정보 전달 메커니즘을 체계적으로 탐구하고 있습니다. 특히 암세포에서 배출되는 마이크로베시클을 통해 종양 미세환경이 어떻게 조절되는지, 그리고 간엽줄기세포에서 유래한 소포가 조직 손상 회복에 기여하는 분자 기전을 단백질체 및 전사체 분석을 통해 규명하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 다중 옴스 데이터 통합 기법을 활용해 생물학적 네트워크의 복잡성을 해소하고자 합니다.
