연구실 소개
양대식 교수의 연구실은 방사선 옹호 치료 및 종양 치료의 정밀화를 목표로 하며, 특히 극한의 정밀도를 요구하는 체외 방사선 치료(SBRT)와 보조 치료로서의 방사선 치료의 최적화에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 간세포질암, 자궁경부암, 유방암 등 다양한 종양에 대한 국소 치료 전략과 그 생존율, 재발 억제 효과를 분석하는 임상 연구를 지속적으로 수행하고 있으며, 특히 방사선 치료의 병용 요법과 부작용 최소화 전략에 대한 기초 및 임상 연구를 함께 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 방사선 치료의 생물학적 기전과 신경 조절 메커니즘에 대한 기초 연구도 병행하여 종양 치료의 종합적 접근을 모색하고 있습니다.
