연구실 소개
전대원 교수의 연구실은 간지방질성간질환(NAFLD)과 비알코올성간지방증의 발달 기전과 치료 전략을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 장내 미생물 조절을 통한 체내 지방 대사 개선, 항산화 및 미토콘드리아 기능 보호를 위한 영양소 보조제의 기전 분석, 그리고 MRI 기반 정밀 진단 공식의 외부 검증 등 체계적인 임상 연구와 기초 메커니즘 연구를 융합하고 있습니다. 최근에는 SIBO, 장장벽 기능 이상, 간섬유화 등 간질환 연관 장기 이상의 메커니즘에도 관심을 기울이고 있습니다.
