연구실 소개
김대준 교수의 연구실은 주로 폐암 및食도암의 수술적 치료와 관련된 임상 및 기초 연구를 중심으로 전문성을 갖추고 있습니다. 특히 신체적 부담을 줄이고 회복을 촉진하기 위한 최소침습 수술 기법(예: 흉강경 병변 절제술)과 고도화된 수술 기구(예: 전동 스탑플러, GST/PVS 기술)의 임상적 유용성에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 종양의 림프절 전이 위험도를 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 PET/CT 영상 분석 및 신경세포 영양인자 수용체의 발현 패atters를 통해 종양 생물학적 특성과 임상적 결과의 연관성을 탐색하고 있습니다.
