연구실 소개

최동호 교수의 연구실은 간질환 치료를 위한 체세포 재프로그래밍과 유전자 조작을 통한 간세포 유사세포 생성, 그리고 3D 생체인쇄 기반 간조직 공학 기술 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 환자 개인의 생체세포를 이용한 간세포 시트 제작과 생물학적 프린팅을 통해 보다 안정적이고 확장 가능한 간 기능 대체 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어, 배아줄기세포의 간세포 유도 가능성과 생체 내 기능성 평가도 함께 연구하고 있습니다.
