연구실 소개
최동훈 교수의 연구실은 심혈관 질환과 연관된 병태생리학적 메커니즘을 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 혁신적인 치료 전략을 개발하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 당뇨병 환자에서 stent 재협착을 예방하기 위한 약물 치료, 심장재생을 위한 유전자 변형 간엽줄기세포 치료, 그리고 조직 재생을 위한 점성 고분자 기반 생체재료(예: 히알루론산 젤 패치)의 응용 등 다학제적 접근을 통해 임상적 실현 가능성을 높이고 있습니다. 특히 혈관 형성 촉진, 염증 조절, 세포 치료의 효능 향상에 초점을 맞춘 기초-임상 연계 연구를 지속하고 있습니다.
