연구실 소개
주동진 교수의 연구실은 간 이식 및 간질환에서의 면역세포, 특히 간내 혈관세포에 존재하는 특수 T세포의 이질성과 기능을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 CITE-seq와 TCR 시퀀싱을 융합한 고차원 면역세포 분석을 통해 간의 독특한 면역 환경을 해독하고 있으며, 간 이식 후 급성 거부반응, 특히 스테로이드 저항성 거부반응에 대한 새로운 치료 전략(예: rATG 요법)의 유효성과 안전성도 평가하고 있습니다. 또한 이식 후 장기 기능 유지와 관련된 생체지표(예: 비타민 B12, 빌리루빈)의 영향을 다각도로 분석하며, 장기 이식의 장기적 성과 향상에 기여하고자 합니다.

Serum bilirubin, a potent endogenous antioxidant, has been associated with decreased risks of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and kidney disease. However, the effects of serum bilirubin on kidney transplant outcomes remain undetermined. We analyzed 1628 patients who underwent kidney transplantations between 2003 and 2017.
