연구실 소개
임동현 교수 연구실은 단백질-핵산 상호작용, 특히 미세소RNA 및 RNA 결합 단백질과의 상호작용을 타겟으로 하는 소분자 약물 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. FRET 기반 고 throughput 스크리닝과 생화학적 도구를 활용해 Lin28-let-7 상호작용 억제제를 발굴하고, CRISPR-Cas 시스템의 정밀 제어를 위한 소분자 조절 기법도 개발하고 있습니다. 이는 암의 간세포성 특성과 유전자 편집의 안전성 향상에 기여할 수 있는 핵심 기반 기술입니다.

본 연구의 목적은 공개공지를 구성하는 물리적 측면의 요소들이 이용자들에게 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지를 실증분석 하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 독립변수는 공개공지의 물리적 특성, 공개공지와 가로와의 관계, 공개공지의 입지유형, 건물 저층부 시설유형으로 분류하고, 종속변수는 공개공지 총이용인원, 건물내부이용인원, 외부이용인원, 선택적 활동인원, 사회적 활동인원으로 구분된 5가지의 영향관계 모형을 설정한다. 연구의 결과, 공개공지의 면적과 건물의 측면과 코너부에위치한 공개공지는 모형의 유형과 관계없이 공통적 영향요인으로 나타났다. 반면, 횡단보도 입지형과 개방형 공개공지는 외부이용인원 모형과 사회적 활동인원 모형에 영향을 미치며, 지하철 입지형 공개공지는 건물내부이용인원 모형과 선택적 활동인원 모형에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 결과를 바탕으로 공개공지의 면적을 증가시키는 방안, 주변의 시선을 차폐시키는 방안,접근성 향상을 위한 평면적 형태로의 조성방안을 제안한다. 이러한 제안에 대
We report the controlled dielectrophoretic assembly for the deterministic fabrication of carbon nanotube (CNT) probes. This letter presents a method for active noise cancelation (ANC) for headphone application. The method improves the performance of ANC by deriving a flexible independent component analysis (ICA) algorithm in a hybrid structure combining feedforward and feedback configurations with correlation-based wind detection. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated through simulation.
