임동준 교수의 연구실은 기술 계획 및 제품 개발의 체계적 설계를 핵심으로 하며, 시스템 엔지니어링 기반의 신뢰성 높은 기술 평가 모델을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히 R&D 프로젝트의 최적 기술 대안을 도출하기 위한 '시스템 대안 트리(SAT)'와 '분석적 계층구조법(AHP)'의 융합 모델을 기반으로 한 정량적 평가 기법을 연구하고 있습니다. 의료 영상, 바이오마커 검사, 사이버 보안 등 다양한 분야에 적용 가능한 체계적 기술 혁신 솔루션을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히 고도의 기술적 복잡성과 시장성의 균형을 고려한 제품 개발 전략 모델링에 특화되어 있습니다.
