연구실 소개

김동식 교수의 연구실은 레이저-물질 상호작용을 핵심으로 하여 나노소재의 정밀 가공 및 3D 프린팅 기술을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 펌트세컨드 레이저를 활용한 나노결합, 텅스텐과 같은 고융점 금속의 레이저 적층 제조, 그리고 액체 필름을 이용한 레이저 청소 기구를 통해 고성능 소재 제작과 표면 정제 기술을 개발하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 레이저 공정의 효율성 향상과 오차 전파 문제 해결을 위한 통신 및 신호 처리 기법의 융합 연구도 진행 중입니다.

The effect of an artificially deposited liquid film on a laser-ablated metal surface at near-threshold laser fluences is presented. Experiments utilizing a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (wavelength=1064 nm, full width at half maximum=6 ns) reveal that deposition of a liquid film results in substantial reduction of ablation threshold and enhancement of ablation yield.
