연구실 소개
이동영 교수 연구실은 알츠하이머병의 조기 진단과 병태생리적 기전 규명을 목표로 하며, 뇌 영상(피티-스캔, MRI, DTI)과 체액생물학적 마커(혈액 내 타우단백, 아밀로이드)를 융합한 연구를 주도하고 있습니다. 특히 혈액에서 측정 가능한 타우단백과 아밀로이드 지표가 뇌 내 병변과 어떻게 연관되는지에 대한 기반을 마련하고 있으며, 노화 및 인지저하 상태에서의 뇌 구조적 변화와 기능적 손상의 상관관계를 다룹니다. 또한 커피 섭취와 같은 생활습관 요인이 뇌의 알츠하이머병 병변에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 분석하고 있습니다.
