연구실 소개

이 교수의 연구실은 나노소재 기반의 고감도 센서 기술을 핵심으로 하며, 특히 이차원 물질(MoS₂), 메모리스터 구조, 산화물 반도체(IGZO 등)를 활용한 전기화학적 및 가스 센서 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 실온에서 높은 민감도와 빠른 복구 속도를 구현한 NO 및 산소 가스 센서, DNA 복합체의 전기적 탐지 기술 등 응용 분야로는 환경 모니터링, 의료 진단, 인공지능 연산 통합 센서 등이 포함됩니다. 특히 메모리스터 기반 센서(가스이스터)를 활용한 신경망 기반 데이터 분석 최적화 기술도 함께 개발하여 실시간·저전력 센서 시스템의 구현을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
