연구실 소개
류두영 교수의 연구실은 주로 나노소재의 생물학적 영향과 생체 내 안정성에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 은 나노입자(은 나노입자)가 유전자 손상, 산화 스트레스 및 세포 사멸을 유도할 수 있는 메커니즘을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 비알코올성 간지방증후군(NASH)과 관련된 내분비망 손상, 세포 자가분해 조절 기전 등 대사성 간질환의 분자 기전을 연구하고 있습니다. 최근에는 혈장 내 안정성 있는 마이크로RNA의 구조적 특성과 기능적 역할, 그리고 조류와 인간의 공통된 비만 관련 miRNA 발현 패tern을 규명하는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다. 특히 병원성 미생물에 의한 동물 호흡기 질환의 예방을 위한 다중 백신 개발도 함께 진행 중입니다.

Myotis rufoniger is a vesper bat in the genus Myotis. Here we report the whole genome sequence and analyses of the M. rufoniger. We generated 124 Gb of short-read DNA sequences with an estimated genome size of 1.88 Gb at a sequencing depth of 66× fold. The sequences were aligned to M. brandtii bat reference genome at a mapping rate of 96.50% covering 95.71% coding sequence region at 10× coverage.
