김도원 교수의 연구실은 반도체 소자 기술과 의료 영상·방사선 치료의 융합 분야에서 활발한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 고성능 전자소자 설계를 위한 게이트올라운드(FinFET/GAA) FET의 저전력·고성능 구현 기술과, 나노구조 산화물 페로브스카이트를 활용한 고정밀 에피택셜 성장 기반 반도체 소재 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 또한 방사선 옹호 및 치료 계획의 정확도를 높이기 위한 자동화된 품질보증 소프트웨어 및 방사선 치료 효과 분석 기술 개발도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.

15The CALICE collaboration is studying the design of high performance electromagnetic and hadronic calorimeters for future International Linear Collider detectors. BACKGROUND: To develop a fully automated in-house gamma analysis software for the "Cheese" phantom-based delivery quality assurance (QA) of helical tomotherapy plans. Epidural MgSO(4) produced an antinociceptive effect characterised by an increase in the mechanical thresholds of similar magnitude to that produced by epidural morphine, compared with the control group, without causing any motor deficits. No potentiation of morphine antinociception was observed. The onset and offset times of antinociception could not be clearly established. To what extent these results can be extrapolated to clinical cases requires further investigation.
The roles of substrate termination in the growth behaviors of SrTiO3 (STO) films were investigated. With heat treatment and an atomic layer deposition technique, LaAlO3 (LAO) substrates with two kinds of terminations, i.e., LaO- and AlO2-terminated ones, could be prepared. On top of them, STO films were grown by using laser molecular beam epitaxy. In the case of the STO/LaO-LAO film, a transition from layer-by-layer growth to island growth was observed after growth of about 10 monolayers (ML). O
