연구실 소개

문덕환 교수의 연구실은 심장·혈관 및 흉부외과 분야에서 중점적으로 활동하며, 특히 급성 대동맥 박리, 흉부 외과 수술 전략, 흉부 외과적 기형 교정 등에서 임상적 유효성과 장기적 결과를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 비침습적 치료법의 장기적 효과 평가와 수술 기법의 최적화를 통해 환자의 안정성과 생존율 향상을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 특히, 대동맥 수술 전략, 흉부 외과 수술의 생존율 및 재발률 분석, 비침습적 기형 교정 치료의 장기적 결과에 대한 다학제적 접근이 두드러집니다.

Total arch repair versus hemiarch repair in the management of acute DeBakey type I aortic dissection☆

Total arch repair was associated with greater morbidity and mortality compared with hemiarch repair in acute DeBakey type I aortic dissection. Rates of aortic re-operation or aortic dilatation were not significantly different between the two surgical strategies. These findings support a conservative surgical approach to circumvent this life-threatening situation.

The effectiveness of double-bar correction for pectus excavatum: A comparison between the parallel bar and cross-bar techniques
