연구실 소개

이득주 교수의 연구실은 유체역학과 생물의학 분야에서 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 주요 연구 방향은 난류 및 비정상 흐름을 고해상도로 해석하는 스케일-해상 시뮬레이션 기법을 활용한 항공우주 및 기계공학 분야의 유동 해석과 동시에, 면역세포의 수용체 기반 신호 전달 메커니즘, 특히 TLR, NLR, RLR 등 패턴인식수용체의 기능과 역할을 규명하는 생물학적 연구를 동시에 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 임상에서 발견되는 희귀 병변인 식도 내 병변성 피지선의 기전과 임상적 관리 전략에 대한 임상병리학적 분석도 수행하고 있습니다. 이는 응용 과학과 생명과학의 융합적 접근을 통해 실생활 문제 해결에 기여하고자 하는 연구 철학을 반영합니다.

Ectopic sebaceous glands in the oesophagus: a case report and review of literature

INTRODUCTION: Most ectopic sebaceous glands have been reported in the tissues of ectodermal origin. However, there are relatively a few reports of ectopic sebaceous glands in the oesophagus, an organ of endodermal origin. CASE PRESENTATION: We report the case of an asymptomatic 54-year-old man with ectopic oesophageal sebaceous glands. These lesions were incidentally observed in the distal oesophagus during screening endoscopy of gastric neoplasm and confirmed by histologic analysis. CONCLUSION:
