성덕현 교수의 연구실은 주로 신경근병변 및 근육질환의 정밀 진단과 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 PET/CT를 활용한 근육 활성도 분석, 신경 내주기질 종양(예: 신경내 봉합낭종)의 영상학적 특성 및 수술적 치료 결과 분석, 그리고 비정형 근염성 질환에서의 조기 진단 기반의 임상적 접근을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 환자의 신경기능 회복과 정밀의료 실현을 목표로 하는 통합적 신경영상 및 신경진단 연구입니다.
