이 교수의 연구실은 소비자 행동과 관계 마케팅, 특히 고령 소비자 및 디지털 건강 기술의 소비자 수용을 중심으로 연구를 전개하고 있습니다. 고령화 사회에서의 소비자 심리, 라이프스타일 변화와 브랜드 선호도 변화의 상관관계, 모바일 헬스 앱과 피트니스 앱의 사용 의도 등 실생활 소비 행동을 분석하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 한국의 특수한 문화적 배경과 소비자 특성에 기반한 맞춤형 마케팅 전략 개발을 목표로 합니다. 기업의 실질적 적용을 고려한 실증적 연구가 특징입니다.
