연구실 소개

남은지 교수의 연구실은 난소세포암을 비롯한 여성 생식기 암의 분자 기전과 치료 전략을 탐구하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 비만형 난소암에서의 microRNA 발현 프로파일링, 갈망세포(또는 CSC)의 분자 특성 규명, 그리고 BRCA 유전자 변이와 관련된 정밀의료 기반 치료 전략 개발을 핵심 연구 방향으로 삼고 있습니다. 또한, 단백질 생체마커를 초감도로 탐지할 수 있는 전기화학적 나노센서 기술 개발을 통해 암 조기 진단 기반 기술도 함께 발전시키고 있습니다.

CIN grade were positively related to the expression of p16 and Ki-67. p16 expressions of high-risk HPV specimens significantly increased more than Ki-67. Therefore, in the diagnosis of CIN and high-risk HPV infection, p16 can be a useful biomarker.
