이 연구는 입면을 중심으로 모듈러 건축의 디자인을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 한다. 해외 우수 모듈러 건축 사례를 분석하여, 주요 입면 전략들을 도출하였다. 이러한 전략에는 3차원적인 파사드 구성, 다양한 재료의 활용, 통합적인 매스 및 입면 구성, 다양한 건축 요소의 활용 등이 포함되며, 이는 공정을 단순화함으로써 생산 단가를 절감하는 전략들로 실현된다. 이 연구는 모듈러 건축이 효율성과 디자인 품질을 동시에 달성할 수 있음을 보여주며, 이는 건축 산업 전반에서 모듈러 건축이 더 널리 수용되는 데 중요한 기반이 될 것이다.

본 논문의 연구목적은‘연극’이라는 매체가 여성폭력에 대한 인식개선이라는 목적을 달성하기 위한 효과적인도구로서 활용될 수 있는 매체임을 질적 연구(여성폭력 인식개선 및 연극 매체에 관한 선행 연구)와 양적 연구(연극관람을 전·후로 실시한 여성폭력 인식개선 효과성 검정)의 균형 있는 연구결과를 통해 객관적으로 입증해내고자 하였다. 연구대상은 2017년 4월에서 7월까지 연극 ‘어른이 되어 있을 너에게’공연이 진행된 9개 학교의 중·고등학생 총 4,322명을 대상으로 최종 3,710부로 통계분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 수집된 자료는IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 및 R 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 데이터 핸들링으로는 R 통계 프로그램을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 중심가설인“연극 <어른이 되어 있을 너에게> 공연 관람을 통해 청소년의 성폭력인식개선에 효과가 있을 것이다”를 알아보기 위한 대응표본 t 검정을 실시하여 효과성 검정을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 중심가설에 대해

본 연구는 역 광장을 단순 환승 공간이 아닌 이동과 체류가 교차하는 사이공간으로 분석하였다. YOLO와 Pose Estimation을 활용해 서울 주요 광장 3곳의 보행 행태를 아침·오후·저녁, 평일·주말별로 정량 검토한 결과, 모두 이동 중심 경향을 보였고 벤치·식재 등 체류 공간은 활용도가 낮았다. 이를 토대로 체류 유도 장치 배치, 기능 재분배, 시간대별 반응형 설계 전략을 제안하며, AI 기반 분석과 도시 디자인 원칙을 접목해 인간 중심 공공 플랫폼으로서 역 광장의 재구성 가능성을 제시한다.
