연구실 소개

박은정 교수의 연구실은 약물 유도 세포 독성, 특히 도xorubicin에 의한 신장세포 손상 메커니즘과 ATF3 단백질의 역할을 중심으로 세포 수준의 독성 반응을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 나노소재의 생체 내 반응, 특히 알루미나 나노입자의 생체 분포와 면역 반응에 영향을 미치는 물리화학적 특성에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 이는 나노소재의 안전성 평가 및 임상 적용 가능성을 높이는 데 기여합니다. 최근에는 지방산이 골다공증과 관련된 골절해를 억제하는 메커니즘에 영향을 미치는지를 세포 모델을 통해 탐색하고 있습니다.
