연구실 소개
서은경 교수의 연구실은 나노재료 합성과 생체적응성 표면 공학을 기반으로 하여, 원자층증착(atomic layer deposition) 기반의 정밀한 산화티타늄(티타니아) 필름 제조 기술을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히, 자가조립 단분자층을 이용한 선택적 증착 기반의 나노패턴링 기술을 통해 고해상도 나노소재를 설계하며, 이는 의료 기기, 센서 및 반도체 소자 등 응용 분야에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 식물 유래 천연물의 생리활성 성분 분離 및 신경보호 작용 메커니즘 규명을 통해 약리학적 응용 가능성도 탐색하고 있습니다.

15We demonstrate an atomic layer deposition of TiO 2 thin films on self-assembled monolayers of ω-functionalized alkanethiolates.
