연구실 소개
박은경 교수의 연구실은 주로 한방 약재의 대사 산물과 그 생리활성 메커니즘을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 인삼성분인 갈근사포닌(Rb1, Rh2, Rg3 등)과 페우라리아 식물에서 유래한 테크토리딘의 장내 미생물에 의한 대사 작용을 통해 나타나는 항염증, 항알레르기, 뇌혈류 손상 보호 효과를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 맞춤형 3D 프린팅 티타늄 임플랜트를 활용한 두개골 수리 수술의 임상적 응용 가능성도 탐색하고 있습니다. 이러한 연구들은 자연물의 약리적 작용과 생체 내 전환 메커니즘을 기반으로 한 신약 개발 및 개인 맞춤 의료에 기여하고자 합니다.
