연구실 소개
이은상 교수의 연구실은 소아 암, 특히 혈액암과 신경모세포종의 분자 기전과 치료 전략을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 티오프리퓨린 대사 유전자 다형성과 약물 독성의 연관성, MYCN 유전자 증폭의 비침습적 검사 방법 개발 등 정밀의료 기반의 개인 맞춤 치료 전략 수립을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 또한, 신장세포와 비만 관련 신호전달 경로의 기전 연구를 통해 약물 유도성 손상 예방 전략을 모색하고 있습니다.

NUDT15 variants cause hematopoietic toxicity with low 6-TGN levels. NUDT15 genotyping should be conducted before administering thiopurine, and dose adjustments require caution regardless of 6-TGN levels.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical significance of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) expression in peripheral blood (PB) at diagnosis in patients with neuroblastoma. This study suggests that CB recipients had both longer and higher cumulative incidences of CMV infection. Therefore, a more aggressive and effective strategy of CMV management should be considered in CB recipients.
