연구실 소개

백은수 교수의 연구실은 디지털 기술이 소비자 경험에 미치는 영향을 중심으로, 증강현실(AR) 쇼핑, 온라인·오프라인 융합 쇼핑 환경, 가상 투어, 시각적 디자인 등에서 소비자의 심리적 반응과 구매 의사결정 과정을 탐구합니다. 특히 소비자의 몰입감, 정서적 소유감, 브랜드 경험, 심리적 온기 등 인지적·정서적 요소가 소비 행동에 어떻게 작용하는지 분석합니다. 또한 다문화 소비자와의 소통을 위한 포괄적 마케팅 전략, 특히 피부 톤을 중심으로 한 다양성 홍보의 효과성에 대해서도 연구합니다.
