연구실 소개

고은숙 교수의 연구실은 유방 MRI를 중심으로 암의 혈류동역학적 특성과 종양 미세환경의 이질성을 분석하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 동적 contrast-enhanced MRI를 활용한 데이터 기반 클러스터링을 통해 혈류성능 하위 영역을 규명하고, 이와 연관된 생존 예후 모델을 수립함으로써 개인화된 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 유방 조성도 및 생리주 영향을 고려한 MRI 촬영 최적화와 병변의 영상 유도 생검 후 경과 관찰 전략에 대해서도 체계적인 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.
