김은영 교수의 연구실은 소비자 행동과 기술 수용을 중심으로 온라인 쇼핑, 모바일 상거래, 그리고 소비자 기술의 영향을 분석합니다. 특히 패션 제품에 대한 모바일 쇼핑의 의도와 관련된 인지적 요인(유용성, 편의성, 즉각성 등)과 소비자 가치 간의 관계를 심층적으로 연구하고 있습니다. 또한 항산화 물질이 철 흡수에 미치는 영향과 같은 영양소 흡수 메커니즘에 대해서도 생물학적 모델을 활용해 기초 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 이처럼 기술과 소비자 심리, 영양 생물학을 융합한 다학제적 연구가 특징입니다.
