연구실 소개

유은애 교수의 연구실은 암의 초기 진행 단계에서 세포외기질의 기계적 특성이 종양 미세환경을 어떻게 조절하는지에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, CAF(항암성 섬유아세포)의 활성화 메커니즘과 마이크로튜불 아세틸화, SPIN90 단백질, YAP 전달 경로 등 기계적 신호 전달의 핵심 분자들이 섬유화 및 암 진행에 어떻게 기여하는지 규명하고 있습니다. 또한, 퇴행성 질환과 암에서 나타나는 반복 염기 서열의 면역 회피 메커니즘과 식물의 대사 다양성에 이르기까지 기계적 신호와 세포 신호 전달의 상호작용을 다각도로 연구하고 있습니다.
