연구실 소개

최은아 교수의 연구실은 주로 한국 여성의 건강과 영양소와 관련된 만성질환의 역학적 요인을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 폐경기 후 여성에서 근육량 감소, 비만, 근비만 등 체성분 이상과 관절염, 심혈관질환 간의 연관성을 분석하며, 호르몬 치료의 영향을 함께 고려한 종합적 접근을 펼치고 있습니다. 또한 식품에 함유된 불법 첨가물(색소, 비타민, 보존제 등)의 정밀 분석 기법 개발을 통해 식품 안전성 확보에도 기여하고 있습니다.

An improved method for the analysis of propylene glycol (PG) in foods using a gas chromatography-flame ionisation detector (GC-FID), with confirmation by GC-MS, was validated by measuring several analytical parameters.
