연구실 소개
김은희 교수의 연구실은 주로 신경영상 및 소견 해석을 기반으로 한 뇌질환 진단, 특히 뇌간 및 소뇌 구조의 병변 분석에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 DWI 영상 분석을 통해 혈관성 부종과 세포성 부종을 구분하여 뇌염, 뇌경색 등 급성 뇌질환의 조기 진단에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 어린이 심장수술 후 발생하는 급성 신손상의 위험 요인 분석과, 성체 줄기세포(지방줄기세포)를 활용한 재생의료 기반 연구도 병행하고 있습니다. 이는 신경영상 기반 진단 정밀도 향상과 함께, 줄기세포 기반 치료 전략 개발로 이어지는 통합적 연구 접근을 특징으로 합니다.

We performed a coincidence measurement of two nucleons emitted from the nonmesonic weak decay of $_{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}^{5}\mathrm{He}$ formed via the $^{6}\mathrm{Li}({\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+},{K}^{+})$ reaction. Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) is a stress-responsive enzyme that has antioxidant and cytoprotective functions. However, HO-1 has oncogenic functions in cancerous or transformed cells.
